That Person Is just Not That Into You.
Have you guys ever had this situation where you met a person who is charming and literally melt your heart.After gazillion event of worst case of meltdown in break-up scenario.You wonder whether it is okay to just dive into the water (headfirst).
Anyway what the heck, you try to face your fear.Jump from the highest hill, dive in the barrel of guns, and pee in the wind while you at it.Just to face the fear of getting rejected.Meaning, getting to your little sliver ray of hope and your heart ripped and torn into pieces,squished,smushed,rolled over and stepped on like a bug.
It all started with a classic story where a normal boy meet a girl or (girl meet girl/boy meet boy) vice versa.And in this high technology world of cybernet,a modern story is created where they haven't met each other but still get their asses squeezed by silly cupid, which apply to the Instant Messenger case.
They exchange phone number.Exchange picture or whatever it is.Along came a scene where he flirt with her, and she flirt back.flirt,flirt,flirt...
Then came the real problem.If they use the old method where they have met each other and there is sparks between them, it is okay.But if they just know each other via Instant Messenger, now that is quite tricky situation to handle.
You can Photoshop your picture, you can lie about your height and weight but in reality it all doesn't fit perfectly as you hope it would be, and believe me there is no fairy godmother to help you to change everything in overnight.
So now your in a really deep trouble where everything is sticky and there is now way out of it.In this judgemental world, people judge book by its cover.With all the glitzy and shimmering life of entertainment world where everything is picture perfect, it is hard for people to resist theirselves from dreaming to have their perfect significant other.
With all of the golden couple brewed up by the media like Brangelina and Tomkat or whatever it is.People wish upon a star to have a partner like they do.Thus, prove my point where Don't judge a book by its cover doesn't exist in this world.
There is no such thing a Beauty and the Beast, it is Beauty and the Best.Where the partner play the part of trophy husband/trophy wife.So they can boost their ego, and fill their puny airhead with pride and vain.So when they go in public and flaunt a PDA act, people would actually look up to them or turn their head when they walk by.
So if the person you drool all over doesn't reply your text or answer your calls, eventhough they say that they accept you as you are.Trust me, it is just some lousy excuse for not dumping/rejecting you.Why can't they just tough it up and rip the band-aid off instead of giving hopes.It won't make anything easier,it will just complicate the mess.
Pity is not an excuse to cushion up the fault/guilt that you have.Pity is not an excuse to comfort the person who have high hopes in the relationship they believe in.Pity is just an escape goat to say that you don't have the guts to say that they are wasting their time on you, and you are not interested in them.
So please, just stop before everything go any deeper.Because this is just plain mean.This just make them look vulnerable.This just make them feel like they doesn't have any dignity left by hoping over nothing.So please, just cut the crap and stop torturing the people who like you just because you don't want to look bad.
Enough blabbering, my point is, it is hard to find a person who truly see what lies inside.They rather pick a shining glass than a rough diamond.*sigh*
P/S Still waiting for that person to tell me truth.I am sick and tired to wait for the phone to ring.I am sick and tired of unreply messages.I want to move on, I know it is hard but please just let me go.
